Privacy Policy

Indispensable Leadership ("we," "us," or "our") provides a subscription platform that delivers weekly leadership lessons, exercises, and progress tracking to individuals and organizations (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account information. When you create an account or are added to a group by an administrator, we collect your name and email address, and a securely hashed password.

Payment information. If you purchase an individual or group subscription, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers — Stripe provides us only a subscription/customer reference used to manage your billing status.

Usage data. We record which lessons and exercises you view or complete so we can track your progress and unlock new content on schedule.

Group and organizational data. If you belong to a group subscription, your organization's administrator(s) can see your name, email, role, and lesson-completion progress within that group.

Communications. If you contact us for support, we retain the content of that communication to respond to and resolve your request.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including your weekly lesson drip and progress tracking.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions, upgrades, and cancellations.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts) and your weekly lesson email.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important changes to the Service.
• Maintain the security of accounts and detect or prevent fraud and abuse.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, our payment processor (Stripe) and our email delivery provider — under obligations to protect your data.
• Your organization's administrator(s), if you hold a group-provisioned account, limited to the account and progress data described above.
• Legal or safety reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Indispensable Leadership, our users, or the public.
• A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or a materially equivalent one.

We retain your account and progress information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription or request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (such as billing records).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and hashed password storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access and correction. You can review and update your account information from your profile, or by contacting us.
• Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time, subject to the retention exceptions above.
• Email preferences. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails (such as the weekly lesson email) at any time using the link included in those emails; you will still receive essential transactional emails related to your account and billing.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

The Service is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
