Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Indispensable Leadership (the "Service"), operated by Indispensable Leadership ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation from a group administrator, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service delivers a weekly leadership lesson, related exercises, and progress tracking to subscribers, either individually or through an organization's group subscription. Content is released on a weekly schedule beginning from your subscription start date and is not intended as, and does not substitute for, professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an individual account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Organizations may purchase a group subscription covering a fixed number of seats. The group administrator designated at signup may provision, edit, and remove member accounts up to the purchased seat limit, and may view members' names, roles, and lesson-completion progress within the group. By accepting an account provisioned by a group administrator, you consent to that visibility. Group administrators are responsible for ensuring members are aware of this policy and for removing member access when appropriate (e.g., upon an employee's departure).

• Billing. Individual subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, and group subscriptions on the term selected at purchase, until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing prospectively. If a price change affects your existing subscription, we will provide notice before it takes effect on your next renewal.
• Cancellation. You may cancel an individual subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Group subscriptions are managed per the terms agreed with your organization's administrator.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review the request.

You agree not to:

• Share your individual login credentials with anyone outside your own use of the Service;
• Copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly republish lesson or exercise content without our written permission;
• Attempt to circumvent the weekly content-release schedule, access controls, or subscription gating by technical means;
• Use the Service to upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service, including all lessons, exercises, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Indispensable Leadership or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal or internal organizational development purposes, for as long as your subscription remains active.

The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Leadership lessons and exercises are educational in nature; we do not guarantee any specific outcome, performance improvement, or business result from using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indispensable Leadership and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your subscription lapses or is cancelled, or as reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
